TSN Affiliate Update:

If you are experiencing technical issues with your TSN Receiver please send an email to:  tsntechsupport@cbsradio.com .  This will be your primary way of communicating your technical support needs to TSN.  PLEASE keep this email address in your control room, engineering office or any other office of an individual that might need this information.  The following is a step process for our technical support system.

·        You should be sure that you have the dialup voice coupler number(s) for the TSN Service(s) you take.  A coupler bank exists for every TSN channel.  If you do not know the coupler numbers for the feeds your broadcast, please use the e-mail above to request a reminder.

·         If you lose audio for more than 60 seconds, the action you should take is to dial the number for the service you need and continue on with that.  Then send an e-mail to tsntechsupport@cbsradio.com .  Be sure to include your call letters, the contact person with phone number and e-mail that will be working on the problem, and as detailed a description of your problem as possible.

·         When we get your e-mail, an engineer with Broadcast Works (BW) in Tyler will return your call as soon as possible or the next business day, if the problem arises after normal business hours.  Reasonable amounts of telephone support from BW are made available to you at no charge when the call is initiated by BW.  However, if you initiate a call to BW directly, or if you request their on-site engineering services, you will be responsible for payment of any charges.

        TEXAS STATE NETWORK

The Texas State Network was the very first, and is the largest of the more than 30 state networks now operating in the U.S.

Founded by the Roosevelt family in 1938, TSN has grown from the original two dozen stations (many are still affiliates) to more than 130 AM and FM stations across the Lone Star State.

This website is designed primarily for TSN affiliates, but also is available as a reference site for listeners and advertisers.

We hope you find it informative and welcome your comments. Should you have any, please go to our Contact TSN page where you will find the names, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses for the appropriate individuals.

This site also is a resource for advertisers, who are encouraged to contact us to learn how you can reach our general audience of more than 3-million listeners each week, or smaller regional target audiences. Please call TSN General Sales Manager Dan Bell at 214-525-7311 or e-mail him to find out how you can convey your message to the Texans you want to reach.
